Nobull vs Nike Sizing [In-Depth Comparison with Size Chart]

Your exciting fitness session may become painful if you don’t know how shoe sizing works, especially while switching between brands.

Months ago, I was also torn between sizes while shifting from Nike to Nobull.

After trying out several sizes and researching for days, I gather immense knowledge about their sizing.

However, to make your switching process hassle-free, here, I’m gonna share my experience and compare the sizing of Nike and Nobull shoes along with their size chart.

How Do Nobull and Nike Sizing Compare?

Although, Nike and Nobull are pretty much similar in sizes when measured in centimeters. But they do differ in length by half a centimeter up to the size 5.5. For instance, the US size 5.5 for Nike is 24 cm but for Nobull the same size is 23.5 cm.

However, the size variation between these two brands is so minimal that it won’t even make any difference in your fitting. Furthermore, as you can see from the size charts below, both shoes have the same length from size 6.

So if you are the US size 5.5 or smaller in Nike, you may go half size up to get a comfy fit while switching to Nobull.

And you can go with the same size for Nobull if you are the US size 6 or higher on Nike.

However, both Nike and Nobull offer a unisex sizing that differs by a 1.5 size. So if you wanna switch from a women’s to a man’s size, just add 1.5 more to your regular size and vice versa.

Do Nike and Nobull Shoes Run True to Size?

Yes, both Nike and Nobull shoes run true to size for average to narrow feet. But they can run smaller for some narrow models, like Nike Metcon and Nobull trainers. However, both Nobull and Nike shoes come in a narrower cut, especially around the midfoot.

Meanwhile, when compared, Nobull is slightly wider than Nike shoes in construction. Yet for my pair of Nike Metcon 7 and Nobull trainers, I found them a bit tight on my feet.

I even struggled to put on my pair of Nobulls, but they fit snugly after loosening the laces a little.

However, if you like a roomier fit, you may size up with them. But remember, the shoe’s length may increase with sizing up, but not in width for most styles.

How Do Nike and Nobull Shoes Fit to Wide Feet?

Both Nike and Nobull have a narrow construction, and their standard-width shoes don’t fit well on wide feet. Meanwhile, Nike provides a limited selection of wide options for certain models. Nobull, on the other hand, does not offer any wide sizing choices at all.

For example, the Nike Air Zoom Pegasus and the Nike Free RN 5.0 are popular running shoes that come in wide-width options.

So, in my opinion, neither Nike nor Nobull shoes are good for extra wide feet. But, with medium-wide feet, you can try sizing up with them and see if they fit comfortably or not.

Luckily, both brands offer half sizes, so you can easily go for a half-size bigger shoe for a better fitting. As for me, I typically wear US-size 9 shoes with a medium D width. But to achieve a comfortable fit with both my Nike Metcon 7 and Nobull Woven Trainers, I had to opt for a size 9.5 instead.

However, if you are a woman with wide feet, you can try out the men’s options for Nike and Nobull, as they typically have a wider build.

And it’s pretty easy to find your suitable pair, as both brands offer unisex sizing.
